Preliminary Roost Assessment
An inspection will be undertaken to establish the status of the roost and whether additional emergence bat surveys are required. The survey will be in accordance with the Bat Conservation Trust, Bat Surveys Good Practice Guidelines. This survey can be fast tracked, please ask about this option.

Development Licence
The completion, review and submission of documents for development licence application, is undertaken after obtaining planning permission.

Dusk Emergence Survey
A survey to determine how bats are roosting within the building and the bat species within. Detector surveys will be in accordance with the Bat Conservation Trust, Bat Surveys Good Practice Guidelines.
Timing: May - Sep
Monitoring
Depending on the scale of the project and licence requirements, post development monitoring may be required.
